System integration
Your systems don't talk to each other.
We fix that.
Most businesses run on a dozen tools that were never designed to work together. The result is data in silos, hours lost to manual re-entry, and reports nobody quite trusts. We connect it all into one source of truth, so your business runs on information instead of guesswork.
The problem
Disconnected systems cost more
than you think
When your accounting, CRM, spreadsheets, production and support systems all hold their own version of the truth, three things happen. People waste hours retyping the same data from one screen to another. Reports contradict each other, so decisions get made on a hunch. And the whole business runs slower than it should, because nobody can see the full picture in one place.
Hours, not minutes
Manual data entry between systems is one of the biggest hidden costs in a growing business.
Conflicting numbers
When every system holds its own version, no report can be fully trusted.
Blind spots
The insight that would change a decision is usually the one trapped between two systems.
The fix
One hub. One source of truth.
We pull your scattered sources into a single, unified hub. Accounting, CRM, spreadsheets, production, support, all connected, cleaned and agreed. One version of each customer. One version of each number. From there, everything gets easier: reporting you can trust, live dashboards, and AI that can actually read your business.
What we've connected
Systems we have integrated as part of optimisation projects
Every integration is different, but very little of it is new ground. These are systems we have connected in live businesses, with the data reconciled and the cutover done.
Finance and commerce
Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Shopify
Sales and marketing
Salesforce, HubSpot, Calendly
Workplace and communications
Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Ads
Cloud and infrastructure
Microsoft Azure, Vercel, Railway, Supabase

Bespoke
Internally built systems with no public API, connected at database or file level
If your system isn't on this list, that doesn't mean we can't connect it. Most projects involve at least one tool nobody has heard of. It means we'll tell you at the audit stage whether it can be done safely, before you pay for anything.
How we do it
A careful process, because it's your live business
Connecting live systems without breaking anything is the whole skill. Here is how we do it safely.
01
Audit
We map every system you run, what data lives where, what it is called in each place, and where it is contradicting itself. Nothing gets connected until we understand what is actually there.
02
Model
We design a single, agreed data model: one definition for each thing your business cares about, so "customer" or "order" means the same thing everywhere.
03
Connect
We build the integration layer that keeps everything in sync, two-way where it needs to be, using secure, supported methods. Built to handle real volume, not just a demo.
Not every system has a usable API. Older on-premise software, industry-specific tools and some accounting packages were never built to be connected. We work with what's actually there: supported APIs where they exist, and database-level, file-based or scheduled extraction where they don't, always read-safe, never by screen-scraping something that will break at the next update. If a system genuinely cannot be connected safely, we tell you that at the audit stage rather than after you've paid for a build.
04
Validate and hand over
We test against your live data, confirm every number reconciles, and cut over without downtime. Then we document it, so it is yours to understand and own.
Cutover runs against a copy first. We build and test the integration in parallel with your live systems, reconcile every number against the real data, and only switch over once it matches. If anything goes wrong at cutover, the old process is still there and we roll back to it the same day. Your business does not stop while we work.
Keeping it running
The integration is only as good as its upkeep
Connecting your systems is the start, not the end. Systems get updated, APIs change, new tools get added, and data quality drifts if nobody is watching. An integration that works perfectly on day one can quietly break six months later, and you usually don't find out until a report is wrong, an order goes missing, or a customer notices before you do. By then it's a fire, not a fix.
That's why most of our clients keep us on. Not to sit idle, but to make sure the thing we built keeps doing its job as the business around it changes.
We catch it before you do
We monitor the connections and fix breakages before they reach your reports, your customers, or your bottom line.
Your data stays true
We keep the single source of truth actually true: no duplicates creeping back, no fields drifting out of sync, no silent gaps opening up.
It grows with you
New system to add, a team change, a new report you need. With us on hand, your setup evolves with the business instead of ossifying around it.
Most clients take this as a monthly retainer, so support is there the moment it's needed rather than scrambled together after something breaks. And because we work up to 7x faster than traditional development, at a fraction of the cost, that support costs far less than an agency or an in-house hire. We'll size it to your setup, and if you'd rather run it in-house we'll document everything and hand it over cleanly.
Ongoing work covers three things, in whatever combination you need: administering the system so your team doesn't have to, monitoring the service on your behalf so problems get found before they reach you, and a retainer for continued development as the business changes. Priced to the work, not off a rate card.
Built to be trusted
Your data, handled properly
Integration means giving us access to the systems that run your business, so how we handle that matters. We build with security and compliance in from the start: access controlled and role-based, data encrypted in transit and at rest, and nothing exposed that should not be. If you work in a regulated sector or handle sensitive information, this is exactly the care the job demands.
During a build we work in your accounts, not ours. Credentials stay in your own password manager or secrets store, access is scoped to what the job needs and time-limited where the system allows it, and everything is revocable by you at any point without breaking what we've built. When the work is done, you can rotate every credential we touched and the integration keeps running.
We do not move data into places it should not go, and we do not cut corners that would fail an audit. Fast does not have to mean careless.
